Don’t be afraid, have faith! (Hebrews 13:6)
The author of Hebrews brings us a profound message, reminding us that our God is Almighty. He doesn't abandon us, he doesn't forsake us, but he constantly protects and guards us.
Hebrews 13:6 So we can confidently say, "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?"
» The God Who Goes Before Us in Battles
In several Old Testament passages, we see the Lord God encouraging His people before they went into battle. God's message was always constant and empowering: "Do not fear, for the Lord will be with you and protect you."
We know that our journey in this world isn't easy. We face daily struggles and hardships. However, we must hold tightly to the Word of the Lord. We must cling to God, remembering the wonderful promises He left us, so we can find rest in His sovereignty.
» Trade Fear for Faith
It will be easier to overcome hardships if you trade fear for faith. So, don't be afraid! Believe with all your heart that your God won't abandon you. He will never leave you alone to face this dark and difficult world in your own strength. On the contrary, He will protect you and prepare you for the moments of victory He has already set up for your life.
Stand firm. Persevere and move forward. The Lord will be by your side every step of the way, leading you along the exact path you need to walk to reach the greatest and most glorious promise of all: eternal salvation.
» You Are the Apple of God's Eye
Rest your heart on this undeniable truth: if God is your helper, who can harm you? No one can destroy your life, because you are the apple of God's eye. He cares for you with infinite love and zeal.
Zechariah 2:8 — For thus said the LORD of hosts, after his glory sent me to the nations who plundered you, for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye:
